Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Locowin Casino (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the casino”) and the services we provide on our website. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits at our casino are processed in real time and credited to your account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. The minimum deposit is $10 CAD (or equivalent in your accepted currency), and we accept a range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, and bank transfers.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before the first payout is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is $30 CAD, with no maximum limit. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in our Payment Methods section, subject to your chosen method and verification status.

You agree not to use payment methods that do not belong to you. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts held in your own name. We may reverse transactions, void winnings, or close accounts where third-party payment methods are detected.

We do not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals from our side, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. We are not responsible for fees imposed by third parties.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers at our casino are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you accept the associated rules, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time limits, and any country restrictions.

General rules that apply to all bonuses include:

You agree not to:

  • Open multiple accounts or use the account of another person
  • Share account credentials with third parties

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may lead to legal action and reporting to relevant authorities.

Inactive Accounts

If you do not log in to your account for a continuous period of 12 months, we will classify your account as dormant. After that point, we may apply a monthly administrative fee to your remaining balance, in line with industry practice. We will notify you by email before any fee is applied and will give you the opportunity to log in and reactivate your account or request a withdrawal of your balance.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or game failure, we reserve the right to void any affected bets, refund stakes, and correct account balances accordingly. No winnings will be paid where they result from a malfunction or error, regardless of whether the error was detected before or after the round was completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount in your account balance at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

We provide our services on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee that the website, games, or features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Closure of Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure becomes effective once any pending transactions have been completed. We may also close your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited behaviour, or fail to provide requested verification documents.

Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you using the original payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Maltese courts and the Malta Gaming Authority’s complaints procedure. Players may also have rights under their local consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this clause.

Acceptance

By using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use our casino.
